Ms. Jaskiran Sidhu is the President and CEO of Saratoga Medical Center, Inc. Her vast knowledge, years of experience in health management and supervision, and administrative skills have catapulted Saratoga to the forefront of recruitment, training and management of health care providers. As president and CEO, Ms. Sidhu oversees all administrative and management decisions, business development, recruitment of medical and research staff, and preparation of technical and cost proposals. She has also developed and implemented comprehensive operating policies and procedures, quality assurance standards, medical staff guidelines and protocols, and accounting and reporting procedures. These are based on standards set by the American Medical Association, The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, The College of Pathology, The Academy of Family Practice Physicians, The American College of Radiology, and The American Pharmaceutical Association. Ms. Sidhu is a graduate of Delhi University (India) with a B.A. in Economics and has completed graduate courses in healthcare management and information management systems.
Dilbagh Singh Sidhu, MD, is President of the Saratoga Medical Clinic, PC in Springfield, Virginia and Medical Director of Saratoga Medical Center, Inc. is a board certified pediatrician and family practice physician. He received his doctor of medicine degree at the All-India Institute of Medicine, New Delhi, India. He has practiced neonatology and pediatric medicine for over fifteen years and has actively researched, and developed Good Practice Guidelines (Medical Protocols) to be used by the medical providers. He has studied various disciplines of medicine worldwide and has written many medical articles. Dr. Sidhu has been a consultant to the World Health Organization for the global eradication of small pox program.
Saleena Sidhu, Vice President Marketing and New Business Development, has worked extensively internationally, managing multi-national projects, over the course of this experience developing in-depth knowledge of cross-border HR issues. Additionally, she has created and launched a successful apparel line sold in over 150 stores throughout the U.S and the world. For this company Ms. Sidhu developed and executed 100% of the supply chain strategy, inventory management techniques, and oversaw all human resource management. Prior to this, she was a financial management specialist at Accenture, where she advised on proposal costing and the profitable management of projects over $10 million in scope. Ms. Sidhu holds degrees in Economics with a concentration in Industrial Organization from Rutgers University and in Merchandising and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Ms. Sidhu leads SMC’s branding, marketing, and sales efforts in the private and government sectors. She develops SMC marketing strategy, initiates and cultivates new business contacts and supervises the production of proposals and marketing materials. She also supervises the Director of Operations and manages all the activities of SMC’s New York City office. Ms. Sidhu is fluent in Italian, German, and English. She also has a solid understanding of spoken Hindi.
